I loved staff and cleanliness of the hotel.

There are good rates in the property. This good budget hotel offers plenty of spotless rooms. The setting is unbeatable, short walk to stores and food and T stadium and a hill, nice enough area.
My bed was too firm, unfortunately.

I liked the shuttle service to the AT&T stadium
That there is no tolerance for checking out and that they do not have a baggage claim service after checking out

Everything was great from the staff to the room, exceptionally comfortable bed and non-smoking room. Breakfast was good - plenty of dishes. Easy spot just off AT & T stadium as well as a convenience store: )

Everybody nice and an extra point x take us to the game at no extra charge !!!
That in relation to the price was expensive, since their facilities are not super luxury and do not offer breakfast or anything

The proximity to the AT&T stadium, plus they take you there for free if there is an event. The room very well, I clean only the problem that I explain, that they did not solve and not even an apology or something.
On our second night there was a Tarantula in the room, I asked for help from the receptionist but he did nothing and only gave me a bottle of insecticide that did not even work, we had to kill it with a towel and crushed it. What a bad service on that side.

the rooms are new, making them comfortable. At night it's very bright. I hope they keep it that way
They should provide breakfast like hotels of their kind (self-service). The doors are marked with knocks. That's scary.

Family-friendly stay, good service
The location was prime, just a quick drive to all the major attractions and we loved that they provided daily room service, fresh towels every day! The beds were super comfy, was like I slept like a baby after a long day!
It wasn't inexpensive but definitely worth it for the quality and convenience.

I read a couple reviews before I book here and I'm pretty glad I didn't follow the "unhappy" ones advice. Yes,it's an older hotel, but these folks do their best to keep it clean and in the best shape they possibly can. It's on what's called the "other side" of the highway but it won't cost you an arm and a leg to stay there. It took three rooms before I found one I could be happy with but that was my fault, not the hotels. First room upstairs, I'm 61 and with knee sergury I can't climb stairs, happily he changed me to an room where I was not able to park in front of. Because I drive a customized Hummer,I want my vehicle where I can see it. I had nothing to worry about, there were fancier cars there then mine. So he put me in another room and with a smile on his face. I got to my room opened the door and was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, didn't smell,no crickets "very common in this area" and well kept. There was a microwave, almost full size fridge and freezer, marble lined tub and even a wall hair dryer. Free wifi, desk and sat tv. For the price I paid,I was more then happy and the service was incredible. Location was fantastic. Right across freeway from Six Flags, yes,u can walk there and save $30 on parking. And just down the street from Cowboy and Ranger stadium. And yes,There is a Wal-Mart right across Cowboy stadium. Would I stay there again? Without any hesitation what so ever. PS..These kind folks even provide free shuttle to and from stadiums.

Very clean rooms. They were nicer than expected. Great price and very close to Six Flags.
We booked online with a credit card. Before booking, we called to see if we could reserve it with one card and split it when we got there. They said yes, so we booked it. When we arrived, they told us we couldn't do that. We explained that we called but they seemed very confused that we wanted to split the cost, even though they told us that we could the day before. We ended up having to put it on one card and deal with it ourselves. Also, we called and asked for a late check out since we were waiting to meet a friend at 1pm instead of 11am and were told absolutely not. Not a lot of customer service here. Pay the extra $10 and go down the street.

The outdoor pool was a great spot to relax after a long day.
The noise from the highway made it difficult to sleep at night.

Transportation to and from Knights Inn, Convenience.
Dead bolt lock on hotel room door did not work. Bathroom door would not close all the way shut. The pillows were not comfortable, but that is my own opinion about the pillows. I normally bring my own pillows. Being in a strange area I did not like it when the deadbolt lock did not work on the hotel room door at Knights Inn, Arlington, Texas. I booked 4 nights through Booked.net, but never again. I stayed for 2 nights waiting for them to fix the bathroom door and the deadbolt lock on the hotel door, then I checked out and found another hotel to finish our stay in Arlington. This experience with Knights Inn was not a good one.
